Mr. Daigle is an attorney whose primary area of expertise is in civil litigation in both federal and state court with an emphasis on municipalities and municipal clients in civil rights actions, including police misconduct litigation. Mr. Daigle works as a consultant and expert witness for law enforcement patterns and practice abuse. He specializes in the management and operational consulting of police, corrections, and security clients. He has served as an expert witness in litigation and criminal cases involving police operations, use of force, and internal affairs. Mr. Daigle acts as a legal advisor to police departments across the country, providing legal advice to law enforcement command staff and officers in the areas of legal liability, policy development, employment issues, use of force, laws of arrest and search and seizure. His experience focuses on officers’ use of force, specifically in the training, investigation, and supervision of force and deadly force incidents involving law enforcement.
